I began my professional journey as an intern with the Area Agency on Aging of Broward County, Florida, and ended that chapter of my life as the CEO of Broward Meals On Wheels and Chair of the Meals On Wheels Association of America Board of Directors, accumlating over 30 years of hands on experience in nonprofit management.
Directly or indirectly, I have always sought the best solution for whatever I was facing - personally and professionally. My nonprofit business management and social work skills meld together to offer educated neutral assessments and guidance.
I can guide you and your group through visionary planning, facilitating retreats and Executive Coaching. I am very good at helping groups focus, think strategically, and stream line operational processes, creating better value to the organization and clients as well as personal learning experiences.

My professional career began in the computer industry with the Field Services Division of Digital Equipment. After several years in customer service, I was able to transition into a new origination with the company providing Technical Services for Corporate Programs and Events. These experiences provided my first opportunity to become an entrepreneur when I started an Event Technical Services Company holding customers such as the NBA, HP, Sun Microsystems, Adobe, Digital, Solid Works etc.!
I was a partner of Baesis, Inc and held the role of SVP of Services/CIO which I also fulfilled for our MSP clients. I was able to define and solve business issues with practical solutions that allowed them to continue growing and expanding their businesses. Working with clients to resolve issues is not, and never will be, a technology first, business problem second option for me. A clear understanding of the clients wants, and needs, is the only real way to create a practical “Win Win” solution.
Customer service has been a life-calling for me and the ability to help resolve business issues and resolve technical challenges for clients has been my gift. Practical common-sense solutions to problems are typically the most efficient and cost effective.
Obtaining my GA Real Estate license and Life & Health Insurance licenses allows me to continue providing great customer experiences.
